Combat Fitness - Martial Arts Come & Try It Day

FREE EVENT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE on Saturday 22nd September at the Regional Sports Centre (RSC) - 2 to 5pm.
Waterford Sports Partnership presents Combat Fitness, a unique event for young people (12-18yrs) to come and try various styles of Martial Arts & Boxing. This is a fantastic opportunity for parents and young people to meet the coaches of Waterford’s finest Martial Art & Boxing clubs. On the day there will be demonstrations from local Irish & European champions with opportunities to get involved in training classes from each club.
