Walkability Challenge - Dungarvan Walk

Well done to the five walkers that did not let the wet and windy weather stop them from coming along to the first of four county walks for the Go for Life WalkAbility Challenge!
We tackled the Railway walk in Dungarvan and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and revitalising Irish rain! Those that came along were able to practice the skills learned in the Stepping and Strolling Workshop and work towards increasing their steps!

The WalkAbility programme continues with a second walk in Glenshelane at 11am next Wednesday April 24th. Hopefully we will have more luck with the weather but we will be there rain or shine! Remember to keep track of your steps using your step counters and tracker cards and bring them along next week so that you can see your progress from week to week!
