Interested to see how many steps you can walk in a day? Waterford Sports Partnership is looking for 50 participants (over 55) in Waterford City and County to take part in the 2013 WalkAbility Challenge.
This will involve participants being part of a walking group and given a pedometer to record how many steps they take each day. WSP will lead one walk a week. in waterford City & County.....

Wednesday 17th April @ 11am - Kilbarry Nature Park (Meeting in Car Park)
Wednesday 24th April @ 11am - Slí na Sláinte Walk (Meeting on steps of Tower Hotel)
Wednesday 1st May @ 11am - Kilbarry Nature Park (Meeting in Car Park)
Wednesday 8th May @ 11am - Slí na Sláinte Walk (Meeting on steps of Tower Hotel)
COUNTY WALKS
Wednesday 17th April @ 11am - Dungarvan Railway Walk (Meet at the Causeway Tennis Club)
Wednesday 24th April @ 11am - Glenshelane River Walk (Meet at Glenshelane Wood Car Park)
Wednesday 1st May @ 11am - Slí na Sláinte Walk (Meet at steps of the Civic Offices)
Wednesday 8th May @ 11am - Colligan Wood Walk (Meet at Colligan Wood Car Park)
Participants can walk as part of a group or individually
