Are you ready to take on the Sports Council Challenge?
John Treacy is asking you to join him in a challenge to get your company more active. John and his staff in the Irish Sports Council are working together to increase their physical activity and become a healthier workforce. We are asking you to get involved in the challenge and motivate your team to become fitter and healthier in 2013. Let's all work together to raise the bar on workplace wellbeing and promote a better work-life balance for our employees.
The Sports Council Challenge runs during the month of May and we are inviting you and your company to join in. The Sports Council staff are setting themselves challenges to complete over the four weeks and we're inviting you to do the same. If you feel your team could walk the equivalent of the Wicklow Way, swim the distance of the Irish Sea or cycle the distance of the Tour de France around the roads of Ireland we would love to hear from you!
It’s Competition time!
The Sports Council Challenge are running an ‘Early Bird Registration’ Competition with the ultimate prize being a visit and talk from one of our athlete ambassadors in this video

The athlete will come to your organisation and speak to your staff about the Sports Council Challenge and their personal experiences as an athlete as well as answering some of your questions. All you have to do is register your company for the Sports Council Challenge before Friday the 5th of April 2013. Your company will then be entered into a draw and could be one of the lucky winners of our ‘Early Bird Registration’ Competition. If your company has already registered you are in the running! The winning companies will be contacted directly by the Irish Sports Council. Best of Luck!
