
Over the coming months there will be eight seminars delivered by respective National Governing Bodies that are open to all coaches, volunteers, parents and participants. These seminars include: Strength and Conditioning (FAI); Effective use of Social Media (WSP); Speed Development (Athletics Ireland); Warm Up, Stretching and Movement (GAA); Dealing with Challenging Behaviour (WSP/Michael Carruth); Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation (Camogie) and Club Roles and Structures (Swim Ireland).
The first seminar is a Concussion Awareness Seminar which will be delivered by IRFU First Aid and Injury Prevention coordinator Shane Mooney on Monday 9th March in the Park Hotel, Dungarvan from 7 to 9pm.
