LEARN HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO IMPROVE THEIR PERFORMANCE
The Workshop will cover . . .
Pre-match and half time team talks can have a big bearing not only on the result of a game, but also an individual player's belief and team unity. At the workshop we will look at the right and wrong way to motivate your team and individual players in different situations.
We will also look at what should or should not be discussed, what do we really need to talk about? The presenter, Jason Ryan, will give practical examples from his own playing and managerial experiences highlighting basic guidelines for all coaches.
