Well done to the fourteen members of Respond and the Kingfisher Men’s Gym Programme that took part in a Go for Life Games Waterford City League match in Mount Sion GAA Club on Friday!
The groups played the three Go for Life Games activities; Lobbers, Scidils and Flisc and were treated to tea and sandwiches afterwards provided by the hosts, Respond. Great fun was had by all. In the final city match Respond will take on Waterford Stroke Support Group.
The final county based match will take place between Carriglea Cairde Services and Cappoquin Active Retirement on Tuesday 8th April. The county and city teams will come together for a Waterford wide tournament in May, when the groups travelling to Dublin in June to represent Waterford at the National Go for Life Games will be decided... watch this space!
