WSP in conjunction with Waterford Boat Club are delivering an eight week Leisure Rowing Programme for men in Waterford City.
Starting on Sunday 21st October
10 to 11am.
(& the following seven Sundays)
at Waterford Boat Club | Canada Street | Waterford
Learn the basics of rowing in a safe environment. Participants will be introduced to Waterford Boat Club and begin by developing their skills on the indoor rowers before going out onto the water. They will progress their rowing strokes and technical elements over the eight sessions.
