Want to start exercising, feel fitter and have more energy? Waterford Sports Partnership is running a six week WOMEN ONLY physical activity programme.
This programme aims to increase your physical activity levels, enhance your fitness levels, and encourage you to become more active, whilst also having fun and meeting others!
Measurements, weigh in and BMI are optional and can be taken on week 1 and week 6. Participants will also complete a timed one mile walk/run in week 1 and 6, which will demonstrate your improved cardiovascular fitness.
Weekly workouts that you can do at home will also be provided.
