The WSP Club Development Seminar Series continued on Monday 10th October with the Minding Your Mental Health Club Support Seminar at WIT Sports Arena. The Seminar coincided with World Mental Health Day, thirty eight people from sixteen clubs representing thirteen sports/organisations attended.

The Seminar focussed on how clubs can assist club members with positive mental health at all times. Tracy Nugent from the HSE delivered a practical insight in to the #littlethings campaign and how these nine steps can positively impact club member’s mental health on a day to day basis.
