Parkour or Free Running is the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing.
Learn how to execute basic Parkour moves such as . . .

Five Week Programme beginning Saturday 9th May

Where: Black Belt Academy, Unit 7, Six Cross Roads Business Park, Waterford,
When: Saturday 9th May 3.30 - 4.30pm
Whom: 13 to 18 year olds (Boys and Girls)
Cost: €15 for 6 weeks
