Waterford Sports Partnership hosted a Come and Try it day for Martial Arts and Boxing in the Regional Sports Centre on Saturday 22nd September.
This free event was open to teenagers and clubs from Kickboxing, Karate, Judo, Boxing and Thai Boxing were on hand to teach the skills required for these sports. Demonstrations from Irish and European champions continued throughout the day with many in attendance impressed with the standard of local fighters in Waterford. All participants received a free training pass for a month so that they can train at their preferred club over the coming weeks.
