Great fun at the Go For Life Dance Workshop
Twenty-eight older adults “whirled and twirled” the day away in Rainbow Hall, Kilmacthomas on Wednesday 16th October at the Go for Life Dance Workshop run by Waterford Sports Partnership.

Week 6 of active BodyActive Mind
Week six of Active Body Active Mind included a rugby session held by Simon O’Hara in Waterford City Rugby Club. Three women from The Waterford City team also participated in the session to show the group how it is done!

Cycle Skills Training in Colaiste Chathail Naofa
Waterford Sports Partnership and Go Dungarvan Smarter Travel recently delivered a cycle intervention for fifty three students at Colaiste Chathail Naofa including training for twenty six Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) students who are now qualified ‘Sprocket Rocket’ cycle tutors.

Walk Waterford Autumn Series Next Walk Tramore Dunes
It was a wet and windy Sunday for the third walk in the Walk Waterford Autumn Series. However this did not deter the twenty keen leisure walkers who took part in the Ballysaggart Towers Walk in Lismore. This walk exceeded all expectations with some participants describing the walk as “magical, taking us into another world”, as we explored The Towers and Lodge Gates.
